Maybe there’s only a dark road up ahead. But you still have to believe and keep going. Believe that the stars will light your path, even a little bit.

Melany entered the snake habitat with the snake's food, but she didn't realize that the door had just closed and locked behind her. She set the dead rabbit down and turned to leave, but she couldn't. Her long black hair fluttered behind her when she ran towards the door, but it was no use; it had closed. Her cerulean-blue eyes widened. At least she liked snakes...

The snake in the exhibit was indeed huge, a rare breed of anaconda. Instead of being a dark green, it was a darker shade of purple, with a few blue stripes. The anaconda didn't really have a name, it had been captured in the wild by humans. They weren't aware of its ability to talk or hypnotize people. So now, the snake just laid in the enclosure, it's 60 foot body draped around the room. Then, Melany entered his exhibit. She was younger than most who came in, looking around the age of 14. Maybe he would have some fun with her?

She turned around and saw the snake. "Hey, buddy. Looks like it's just you and me tonight." She said, giving the snake a gentle pat on the head. She offered him the rabbit. "It's dinner time."

The anaconda looked at the rabbit, and made a noise of disgust. That wouldn't satisfy a snake his size. He was used to eating large animals, though not humans. He preferred to just hypnotize them and have a bit of coil fun. Despite the rabbit being nothing but a morsel, he quickly ate it, the lump barely noticeable in his thick coils. He looked up at Melany, almost sympathetically.

"Hey, it's not your fault. I forgot to grab the key, that's all." She told the snake, as if she had read his gaze. "You're pretty long, aren't you?"

The snake motioned for her to sit down with his tail, now knowing that she was locked in. Nobody could disturb them, since she was the last one there.

She sat down. "I don't know why anyone calls snakes vicious, deadly animals. In fact, they aren't that bad. Neither are wolves....People don't understand animals. Not like I do." She looked sympathetically at the anaconda. "You're pretty intelligent." The small 14-year-old smiled at the anaconda.

The anaconda looked at her more, admiring her pretty face. He looped a thick coil around her waist, already going up to below her breasts due to her size and the snakes' size.

Melany froze for a second. This was slightly awkward for her, but she didn't try to pull the coils off; a small part of her liked the way it felt.

The muscle inside the coil rippled, slightly pulling the girl's shirt up so she could feel the scales on her skin.

The snake saw that she was growing nervous and afraid of him, so he deemed it time time his ability. Slowly, his eyes filled with colors, from shades of yellow to vibrant greens, he gazed into Melany's eyes, a coil winding over her bust.

"Shhh... Don't be afraid, girl-cub... Let me coil you up nice and slowly..." The anaconda cooed, looping a coil around her shoulders and bumping the spirals up a notch. He smiled as Melany's eyes began to mimic the colors.
