With Emiko's head providing little obstacle to the python his elastic jaws eagerly went to work on her shoulders. Stretching around the width of her body in an effort to conquer her delicious form. And what a delicious form it was, the python could barely contain a low hum at her flavor, fortunately it was muffled by his head slithering into the cocoon that held the girl.

At the other end his coils shifted, covering her bare, pale feet, to hide them from view as well. Soon the entire woman was covered in a mass of scales and bands of muscle. Even if the warriors somehow managed to catch a glimpse of the python there would be no way for them to know for certain what he was eating. Even if he was eating anything at all. All they would see was a large lump of snake that occasionally moved.

It was, by the pythons calculations, a long shot they would even see him. Their torches would be hard pressed to pierce the darkness far enough to make the appearance of the python recognizable. There were several layers of foliage between him and the ground and on top of that humans had notoriously bad eye sight. Even if they did see him, figure out what he was and what he was doing, how would the girls luck hold up long enough for them to actually do anything? The trees were Sarrl's turf, and he ruled the environment just as well as he ruled poor Emiko's mind.

Speaking of which, he sensed her slight rousing, just enough to recognize her environment had changed but not enough to exactly realize how. He fed her ideas of a tropical paradise, of a wonderful warm space in which to rest, taking the time to feed a bit of romance into her as well to give her something to want to cling to in her romantic fantasy. Images and flashes to keep her occupied and enjoying her brain's time out.

(You rolled 4 dice: To get away with it for another turn. Now swallowing her to her stomach.

With a small passage of time, Sarrl was able to effortlessly make his way over Emiko's shoulders and gulp her down to her stomach. While the transition was nearly flawless, Emiko again seemed to take notice of the change in her environment...

Her shoulders went from the smooth textured scales to a strange type of soft tissue she hadn't ever felt before... The atmosphere she was in seemed to get a little warmer as well as a bit more wet with the air also becoming slightly heavier. Emiko still thought she was in some sort of tropical environment, but was oblivious to the truth that half of her was in Sarrl's throat...

Through it all, Emiko didn't seem to show any signs of fear or worry. There was a slight bit of discomfort in her body from the heavy air, but she instantly perked back up when Sarrl wrapped his thick coils around her soles. It may have been a brilliant move to simply hide her from sight, but it also helped to relax her enough to enjoy what was happening.

It was about this time that Sarrl seemed to catch onto Emiko's rousing consciousness. In a flash, her mental thoughts were twisted to think she was in some sort of tropical paradise. The mind control he implemented worked flawlessly as Emiko went from being confused about this strange environment to thinking she was being buried in the wet sand of a tropical beach. That would surly explain everything! Little did she realize...it wasn't true...

Regardless of whether it was true or not, the new thoughts seemed to change Emiko's perspective on her new environment. Rather than think unfavorably towards it, she moaned contently within Sarll showing she was content to let the process play out. She was such a good meal for him...

It seemed as if everything was indeed very much going Sarrl's way. How was Emiko to protest considering she was happily halfway devoured at this point. Sarrl was on the way to having himself a wonderful meal. That was...if his luck would last...

Despite Sarrl's best efforts to enjoy his meal in peace, it seemed like he might AGAIN be thwarted... For down below, a group of the warriors had spotted something up in the trees that looked suspicious... It wasn't Emiko's pale skin exposed from the coils, or the snake eating away at something human sized... It was a bright, vibrant fabric... The dress that Emiko had worn...

Sarrl had done such an amazing job keeping Emiko hidden, but with her dress in the trees above drawing attention, it brought several warriors running to the tree to investigate it. Bright fabrics in the jungle were not natural, so this was surely a warning sign that SOMETHING was wrong... By finding this simple peace of cloth, the warriors had pinpointed Sarrl's location and would surely investigate...

Gulp after gulp Emiko disappeared from the world and into the hungry gullet of the snake! His coils shifted and squeezed around her as they massaged her into his mouth, and his soft gums and throat muscles rubbed her gently as they sucked her deeper and deeper in. This was the life, truly the serpent was content...

At least until he heard a shift in the noises coming from below.

Two coils in the bundle parted, exposing his right eye as well as the briefest glimpse pf Emiko's hips and butt sitting in his mouth as he looked around. He saw the warriors pointing up into the tree, and briefly chewed on Emiko a bit hard in fright before he realized they weren't pointing at the bundle of feeding python.

Following the fingers he saw a flash of colour. A shred of Emikos dress was hanging from a patch of rough bark below where he had ripped the garment to pieces... If the warriors looked down the snake could see several bits and pieces under their feet as well...

The snake cursed. While he supposed he could try and fight them off he wouldn't be able to do so with a girl halfway in his mouth. Fighting them off would only work so long as they didn't just try to burn the tree down. This close to their village it would be a stupid plan, but at the same time if he pushed them to that extreme...

It would only be a matter of time until someone climbed high enough to see him in any case...

He couldn't simply release the girl, though it would make it easy for him to get away she'd never be allowed out of the village again. And she'd most certainly never trust him enough to not scream and draw the whole village if he snuck in for a second try at their dinner date.

Cursing once more he spat quietly, and with a retch the slobber covered girl was free of his jaws. The moment her head was free he wasted little time in covering her head up with a loop of coils so that only her brown hair was visible, much better than her pale skin.

Moving a bundle of human around while the serpent was set up was beyond simple. With his muscle the weight of a human was little to nothing. Moving the bundle from place to place was several orders of magnitude more difficult. But it had to be done, it was the only option!

He took several seconds to calm himself, focusing on what he was about to do and taking the time to feed some of that calm through the link into the girl to keep her complacent. And then his head slithered off into the next tree over to find a place to anchor itself to pull her over as well.

These 'tropical atmosphere' Emiko found herself in was quite enjoyable. The 'sand' was so warm and soothing. It even seemed to rub against her body in the most relaxing way. The watery feel around her was like a warm dew in the morning. It seemed like paradise! Only...it wasn't real...

Emiko was literally in the jaws of death happily falling right into their grasp. While her destiny seemed to be dinner to the python, fate tossed her an unexpected curve ball... The warriors had spotted her dress and were investigating the tree she was held captive in...

In a flash, Emiko suddenly felt the atmosphere around her change again as Sarrl began to panic. She was quickly spat out and replaced back into the textures of snake scales. While it was a nice feeling, the sudden and drastic change of atmosphere DID have a slight impact on her state... Not enough to wake her, but make her state fragile...

After being released from his mouth, Emiko found herself tightly wrapped up literally from head to toe in the python's grasp. For the moment, she remained quiet as the snake attempted to transfer her over from one tree to the next. Needless to say, this was extremely risky and one would have to wonder if Sarrl could pull it off...

(You rolled 2 dice: Against the tree transfer...

Sarll's luck seemed to be going from bad to worse... For as he attempted to move from one tree to the next, Emiko's fragile state of trance started to catch up to her. Her discomfort in being moved only added to things as she started to fiddle about in the cocoon uncomfortably. In doing so, a foot would pop out of the cocoon and be exposed to the moonlight. The illuminated skin was more than enough to get someone's attention who pointed to where they saw something unusual...

Sarrl was in a bit of a bind to say the least... Emiko was gradually waking up, the warriors had spotted exactly where the python was, and were getting quite antsy. Enough so that several of the men called out for more to come notifying them that something was seriously wrong in this area... All eyes would be to the trees now...

Of course, of course! Sarrl felt her fidget within his coiled cocoon just as her foot popped free. With a gasp he moved the bundle to cover it up, but it was just a moment too late and instantly every eye was looking up. The trick was certainly up now, it depended upon his prey's rescuers looking the other way while he devoured them. He had to briefly fight his reptilian anger and exasperation that gave him a slight urge to simply crush the girl and drop her. He fought it though, it wasn't her fault fate had so cruelly turned against him. Now if he could somehow get fate into his coils...

The murder of abstract concepts aside Sarrl needed to move quickly. His stealth had failed him utterly and it was only a matter of time until they realized what he was and what he was doing, and worse how to counter him. For the moment he still had the advantage of surprise.

Shifting Emiko's bundle sideways he got ready to dash away. It wouldn't be a silent escape, far from it, but moving the bundle would be far easier now that he didn't have to worry about being quiet.

He briefly considered letting the girl go once more before throwing the idea away again, he was already dug in this deep. May as well go a bit further for the sake of a meal this delicious.

Then he waited. The large serpent knew much of patience and he gave the warriors time to start trying to climb the trees. Unlike him they had no chance of being able to move from tree to tree in the dark so each warrior that came up was one less he would have to lose in the coming pursuit. In the mean time he kept himself busy by delving into Emiko's mind to feed her fantasies, pushing a sense of calm and bliss into her.

Finally, he went! Like a rocket of scale he hauled the girl away as fast as he could away from the village, towards where he knew the foliage on the ground got too thick for the pursuers to easily run through, and that he knew a tiger had his den near. If he didn't escape the villagers they'd draw the ire of the tiger going through his territory! If the villagers didn't follow that far he'd risk the tiger but... He'd rather a singe tiger than a whole village that knew where he was!

The serpent didn't put as much work as he knew he should have into making sure to anchor himself before he transferred his weight to a new branch, but he knew he didn't have time to worry about proper technique as he crashed through the canopy with the girl in tow.

The warriors having noticed that something was very out of place began to take action. A good four or five of them started to climb either the tree Sarrl was resting, or a surrounding one to investigate what was going on. The others remained on the ground with their eyes focused upwards looking for any strange sights that might appear out of the darkness...

As for Emiko...the poor girl was still lost in her trance, though it was quite light to say the least. Sarrl was able to use his psychic hold on her brain to instill a few fantasies within her that DID calm her to some extent. However, it was hardly enough to push her back to the state she was in prior to all of this... It would have to do for time was of the essence.

After a bit, it seemed as if it was finally time for the python to act. In a mad dash, he started slithering off into the jungle in the hopes of escaping the villagers. However, one would have to wonder if he would be able to escape the spying eyes of the warriors below...

(I'll up it to three for now since the odds are a bit more in the victims favor. However, the trance is still slightly in effect, so I don't think I should get the full benefit of four dice.

Sarrl did his best to not be noticed by the warriors down below. With how alert their eyes were combined with how swift the python had moved, Sarrl was hard to miss... The warriors down below were well able to see a large python gliding through the trees in the moonlight. In particular was a big bundle in the snake's body that contained something fairly large. It was more than enough for the Warriors to dedicate their hunt to this creature and investigate further.

As Sarrl glided through the trees, many of the warriors down below followed in pursuit to the best of their ability. It was true that because of the darkness of night, they weren't able to follow Sarrl perfectly. However, his fast pace left a loud rustling through the trees which was more than enough to alert them to his presence. So, they followed the python on foot nearly as fast as the snake was moving. Surely that cocoon of his was slowing him down considerably...

(You rolled 3 dice: Against alerting the tiger

Sarrl's luck had to this point gone very poorly. However, he was about to receive a small twist of fate. As the villagers attempted to follow Sarrl through the trees, they ended up rousing a tiger who lived within the area from it's den... While their numbers, spears, and torches were more than enough to keep the tiger from making a meal out of anyone, it was needless to say that the tiger WOULD slow down their pursuit... Sure enough, that was what happened exactly...

As the warriors entered the tigers territory, they were greeted with the fangs of a ferocious beast who was no to thrilled to have man's company. As the tiger would growl and slash at anyone who neared it, most, if not all of the village warriors were forced to try and fend off the tiger. At the very least, this gave Sarrl ample time to gain some ground. Sarrl may have had some luck with the tiger, but there was still his dinner to worry about...

(You rolled 3 dice: Against dropping Emiko in his escape.

Sarrl was VERY lucky that he didn't drop the woman he had hypnotized in his coils. As fast as he was moving, it was a miracle on it's own that he was able to maintain his hold on her. Yet, he was able to do just that and maintain his grip despite the life and death situation he faced. While his grip remained, something much more critical was about to give...

The rough ride through the jungle in her tight confines was incredibly distracting to Emiko... It was disruptive to the point where not even Sarrl's psychic hold could soothe her down. As a result, poor Emiko wasn't able to proceed through the ride entrance any longer... Ever so gently, the trance she was in broke and she was left feeling very confused at what was going on around her...

"...Wha-...What's going...on...?" Emiko quietly asked, her words signaling that Sarrl now had even bigger problems now...

Sarrl breathed a tad heavily after his unusual rush through the trees. It was far from his norm to have to face such overwhelming odds as an entire villages warriors knowing his location, but once more he'd triumphed quite well. His gambit using the wild tiger had paid off, distracting the hunters with a much more prevalent threat to their safety. Now all he had to do was deal with his meal.... Who apparently had just aroused herself from her slumber...

No matter, he shrugged to himself slightly as his coils found their way into supporting branches and curled around. The woman had proven little difficulty last time, and a plan was already formed within his head that could help ensure she wouldn't be so ready to run off.

As his coils finally settled his breath slowed to normal, and he waited. He didn't have to wait long, just as his head was approaching Emiko's bundle the tiger roared in the distance, obviously still fighting the hunters.

"Sorry my dear, it seems a tiger chose tonight to raid the village! People were running out into the jungle to escape, and since you didn't want to be seen out of the village I had to carry you away just a bit. It's also far safer here, we'll need to wait until morning to go back!"

(You rolled 4 dice: To get Emiko to accept what he says without questions or argument. (If you don't want to roll for this we can RP it out, I just rolled encase you wanted to)

Thankfully for Sarrl, Emiko was quite groggy and could only notice that she was moving SOMEWHERE. She couldn't tell why she was being moved, but it was crystal clear to her that she was being moved about. That was, until the python and the coils that held her came to a complete halt leaving her to rest on a sturdy branch for the remainder of her grogginess.

After coming to her senses, the first thing that Emiko heard was the sound of a roaring tiger in the distance. In an instant, she grew nervous fearing something like this would happen should she leave the safety of the village walls. That was nothing compared to when she attempted to move and found herself bound in a thick cocoon of coils!

Emiko was just about to go into a panic when she suddenly heard Sarrl explain to her what had just happened... Upon hearing his story, one would have to wonder if she would believe such a story...

(Going back to 4 dice since she's awake now, but sure we can roll this out for now. ^^

...In her nervous state, it wasn't difficult for Emiko to believe what Sarrl had to say. At the moment, she was more concerned with something else... She was inside of Sarrl's thick coils and...was her clothing missing!? How did this happen and why didn't she remember any of it!?

"...W-where am I...? How did I get into your coils, and...are...my clothes missing? Why can't I remember anything after seeing your eyes...? Just...what happened!?"

As Emiko spoke Sarrl obligingly removed the coil wrapped around her head, allowing her to see what was going on around her. Speaking lightly he tried to soothe her fears,

"Sorry my dear, in my rush to escape you were jostled awake, you'd remember better if you'd been allowed to wake up normally. Don't worry, it will all come back to you!"

What he didn't mention was he'd twist the truth to make the things she did remember come out more favorably than the full truth.

"As for your clothes, after I got you into a trance I removed them to give you a better massage with my coils.... Er... I did ask if it was okay, but now that I think about it I should have asked before I put you in such a blissful state... I did want you to enjoying yourself..." Sarrl put on his best impression of a sheepish grin as he squeezed her in a hug.

"Oh, it was about then I discovered how much you like having your feet pampered!" He said happily, as his coils shifted around her feet to begin rubbing them softly, "so I let you walk along my coils for a while, playing a few games to help you deeper into the trance. Eventually you started to doze off so I slipped you back into my coils, safe and sound, to sleep off the rest of the trance. Unfortunately it was soon after the villagers started running beneath the trees and the tiger appeared so I slithered away to keep you safe!"

Emiko's brief decent into panic was gradually lifted when Sarrl lifted the coils from her head and allowed her to properly see for the first time since sliding into trance. While being able to see the things around her did help to some degree...it would be the python's explanation that would determine everything...

(You rolled 4 dice: Against believing Sarrl's story
4 6 4 4

Luckily for Sarrl, Emiko was just lost and confused enough to buy his fairly believable story. As he explained how he worked to make her experience as relaxing as possible and was greatly interrupted by the villagers and the tiger attack, it seemed to make sense based on what she knew... Considering all she knew was she woke up to a tiger roar to find herself stripped down to her underwear and in the snake's coils, she had VERY little to go on.

Despite believing the snake's story, the fact that she was where she currently was didn't quite sit well with her... She expected something to happen after falling into trance, but she hadn't been informed about any of the possibilities in the slightest... Needless to say, she wasn't very thrilled at the end result...

"...Y-you didn't say you were going to do anything to me once I was hypnotized!" Emiko protested a bit. "...Had I known you were going to take my clothes, or play with me, I'd never have agreed to this! I was under the impression that you were just going to hypnotize me to relax, and that was it!"

Emiko's frustrations were indeed justified, but presented only a small obstacle for the snake. Her reaction was most likely just the result of being rudely awakened as she had been and nothing more... Given a little time and careful maneuvering, she'd surely look past it... As weak as her soles were, she had other weaknesses in the form of a soft heart and an apparent naive nature...

"I'm truly sorry Emiko, I never meant for this to happen." Sarrl said as he looked at her sadly. 'This' being her waking up to argue with him. Had everything gone according to plan she would still be blissfully asleep, though in much cozier quarters. "You just seemed so stressed so I worked to make sure you had the most relaxing night possible. I simply wasn't sure if I was able to get the massage right through those terrible 'clothes' you wore, and the game was all to help work out your muscles to get them stretched and ready for the massage." as well as to tire her out so she was less likely to wake up or otherwise put up a fuss, but he wasn't about to say that last part out loud.

Listening closely Sarrl could still faintly hear the sounds of the villagers yelling past the louder roars of the tiger. In all the commotion seemed to be moving away from his and Emiko's current location, which was good for his dinner plans. Or perhaps breakfast plans at this rate...

He needed to get a handle on the situation, sooner than later before his luck soured again.

"Unfortunately I'm not sure how safe it will be to go back, the tiger passed right by where we were. I think he's still dangerously close to your clothes for it to be worth retrieving them, and as silly as I may think they are I hardly think you want to go back to the village as you are..."

Sarrl took a moment to look thoughtful as he tried to appraise Emiko's reaction. "Though, if I remember right the usual plan of the villagers is to flee if something breaches their walls so the women and children don't get in the way of the warriors and hunters as they fight. They have a few camps scattered around as back up safety spots. If you went back it's possible you'd simply be returning to a fight with an angry tiger. At best the place would still be abandoned as the warriors chased the tiger out."

Smiling at her slowly in mock hesitation he finished, "If you'll forgive me making light of the situation, this buys you until morning to relax. No one will notice you're missing until well past morning. If you just waited until sunrise you could retrieve your clothes and return with no one the wiser!"

That was a harder if than she could imagine. She wouldn't be here at sunrise to return...

As upset as Emiko was at the situation, she wasn't quite to the point of being inconsolable... She was less than thrilled about what had happened after she had been entranced, and even more so about being as she saw it kidnapped from the village. At the very least, she was awake, alive, and apparently safe from the harm of a ferocious tiger...

After a brief while, Emiko did settle down from her rage somewhat. She was still a bit frustrated at what had happened, but wasn't about to dwell on it any longer than she had to when there were more pressing things to worry about. In her mind, she was certain everything could be made right with the snake's cooperation. She just knew that if she could just avoid falling into a trance again, she should be just fine.

As Sarrl explained about how it would be almost pointless to for her to return tonight after everything that happened, Emiko was skeptical, but could also see the validity of his claims... Her own friend, Sundari had mentioned similar stories and instructions of what to do should a tiger attack. So Emiko was in belief enough that it was probably not safe to return to the village. At the same time, while it meant spending the night with this snake, that DIDN'T necessarily mean spending the night in a trance... At least if Emiko had anything to say about it...

"...If it's true that a tiger attacked the village, I would agree it is too dangerous to return tonight..." Emiko replied softly, showing she had calmed. "...If I am going to stay here with you though, then I am going to humbly request that we set some ground rules and make some compromises if that's all right with you...?"

Emiko really didn't trust Sarrl after what he had done, but she didn't have any idea where she was and had almost zero jungle experience. If she was going to survive the night, she knew she needed the snake's help... How little she realized just how deadly having Sarrl's help would be...

"...For starters, we are safe now from that tiger, right...? I'd like to get out of this...cocoon you have me in if you would be so kind..."

Emiko was completely right, so long as she managed to stay out of a trance she SHOULD be just fine, Sarrl would NEVER dream of letting harm come to someone under his care. Except for the obvious.

The serpent had to work hard to keep from smiling when she agreed to stay with him for the night. He didn't quite have a neutral expression, the edges of his lips turned upwards in a grin he prayed she wouldn't notice.

"Of course!" He replied when she asked for compromises to be made, hoping to get on her good side once more. And he didn't even put up a fuss when she asked to be released from the cocoon, though he didn't release her entirely. He let the cocoon settle onto a sturdy branch and loosened the coils around her upper body until they practically melted off of her, but her lower half was kept in a comfy seat.

Thankfully for Sarrl, Emiko was a bit too distracted to notice the python's devilish grin. Thus, she was none the wiser when it came to what his TRUE intentions were. Instead, she was more focused on getting out of this cocoon and bettering her situation... It never dawned on her that just the mere fact she was alone with Sarrl was a death sentence in of itself...

After a short while, Emiko found her body placed down safely on the branch. Very slowly, the coils that once held her captive began to slide off of her. This naturally brought a smile to her face until...Sarrl stopped leaving half of her coiled up. At first, Emiko was thinking he needed time or...something like that before removing the rest. When they remained pat, she grew curious as to what he was doing...

"...What about the lower half of me...?" Emiko asked curiously as she glanced up towards Sarrl again. "...Are you planning on releasing my lower body from these coils, too?"

"Well I don't want you to fall!" Sarrl said frankly with a tilt of his head. "And you don't exactly have your extra skins and it can get somewhat chilly at night... Also you're quite warm..." Sarrl indicated a length of his coils that stretched between them with his tail, "Cold blooded and all."

"But as for compromises, I have to demand you stay in the tree. Most things won't come near me since I'm such a large predator, but we aren't as close to the village to help ensure things stay away. We don't need some over daring jaguar to run off with you. Honestly I'd prefer you let me keep a grip on you at all times to keep track of you, hence." His tail indicated the seat still molded around her lower half.
