Just as Sarrl was about to return to Sundari and say he thought he could see someone in the distance he felt Emiko began to stir. Then his eyes widened in realization as she began to wriggle!

The first emotion was a shock of sadness. All that work and it still wasn't good enough? He was going to go hungry? That turned to a jolt of anger at the girl who wouldn't just stay in his coils like a good meal and who insisted on getting lucky breaks for people to interrupt him. Was it too much to ask to just be able to eat in peace?

Sarrl looked down to Sundari and then up to where he could feel the bundle of coils that jailed Emiko coming slowly more loose from her struggle and let out a breath softly. Then his tongue flickered as he thought.

Sundari had little idea what was going on and he still had the element of surprise. He could simply drop back down to her level eyes blazing and catch her. He would have to give up on Emiko, but she hadn't been nearly as easy a meal as she had appeared at first glance through little skill of her own.

Emiko was more of an enigma of how to capture at this point, she would likely be expecting most of his tricks, but she was already wrapped up. Sure he could just squeeze and constrict her into submission now, but that just wasn't how he did things.

A soft shove on one of his coils from Emiko was the deciding factor. Emiko was in coils and ready to go, Sundari would still need convincing!

Darting up as quickly as he could without making any noise Sarrl emerged from the shadows with his eyes already blazing towards the wayward girl.

"Not a word little one! Sssssshhhhh...." He hushed as he came face to face with her.

Emiko failed to realize just how lucky she had been to this point... The naive woman had escaped the jaws of death twice in a single night which was something most of Sarrl's victims probably couldn't say in their lifetime. Yet, as lucky as she was, she was clearly oblivious to it all... Sure, she had an idea of what Sarrl was up to with his hypnotic tricks and all. She didn't outright know however what Sarrl's true intentions were or how close she had came to death's door... To make matters worse, instead of trying to improve her situation, she ended up making things worse...

Had Emiko actually taken the time to wait and actually think things through, she may have been able to make some advancements in getting out of Sarrl's coils without him noticing. Like the anxious, naive woman that she was, Emiko was hasty and was hard at work attempting to remove herself from the bundle Sarrl had deposited her into... In doing so, her carelessness caught the attention of her python captor. With Sundari distracted for the moment, it gave Sarrl the opportunity to pounce on his currently coiled up victim... An opportunity he didn't hesitate to take...

Continuing to wiggle about in the cocoon she was in, Emiko was suddenly startled when she heard the voice of her snaky captor... Instinctively in an adrenaline based defensive move, her attention snapped sharply towards the source of where the source of the voice had came from just to know where the danger was. In allowing herself to act instinctively, Emiko fell right into Sarrl's trap...

The naive woman found herself in danger once more as she saw Sarrl's head just directly above her. Not only was he incredibly close, his eyes were already spiraling away with those powerful blue rings that had already twice sent Emiko to a mindless trance. Judging by his actions and the speed at which the spirals were flowing, it was abundantly clear to Emiko he intended to send her back there once again. However...would he be able to ensnare Emiko's vision for the third time tonight...?

[Rag] 6 - [Emi] 5 = [Trance Counter] 1)

It seemed that despite knowing the dangers of looking into Sarrl's spiraling eyes, she just couldn't help herself... Poor Emiko was instantly captivated by the python's eyes and just couldn't bring herself to look away... Perhaps it was because his eyes were soothing and welcoming to her exhausted body... Or perhaps it was because Sarrl's influence on her mind was still rather fresh from the last trance... Either way, Emiko was too captivated to look away, and it soon proved costly...

Unable to pry herself away for any reason, the naive girl stared into the sly python's eyes without hesitation. In doing so, her own eyes reacted with her pupils gradually shrinking down to a pin-prick before gently blossoming open into the blue spirals that flowed before her eyes. While this in of itself was a strong development for Sarrl, what was more surprising was how silent Emiko suddenly became... Other than a barely noticeable gasp, the naive woman didn't utter a word showing perfect obedience...for the time being...

"What have you been up to silly one.... It'sssss not time to get up yet!" Sarrl hissed as his eyes gently spiraled away before her. His tail gently stroked her hair back out of her face to ensure she had the perfect view of the spirals set to persuade her to relax.

The woman had managed to work a shoulder free of the pile, but with a few more gentle movements the cocoon tucked her back in. Her shoulder was covered by the coil that snugly fit itself around her neck, and within the cocoon she was worked back into sitting almost cross legged on a few rings of coils that let her feet sit snugly in the middle. Ready to hold her to her ankles should the cocoon be picked up. The rings around her body likewise tightened softly, not constricting in the least but comfortingly holding her as he tried to settle her down with somniferous snuggling and soft words to augment the blue spirals that cast light like that reflected off a pond on her pale face.

As Emiko was forced to stare into the Sarrl's eyes, the poor girl seemed destined to fall back into trance once more... There was hardly any traces of resistance as the snake gently shifted his coils around to tuck her once free shoulder back into the bundle she was held captive in. Even as the sly python was shifted a few coils within the cocoon to re position her into a sitting position, Emiko's eyes never one time left Sarrl's gaze...

Once she had been positioned into a seat within the cocoon, Emiko felt the python beginning to work on her weakest physical trait... A deep, soft blush spread over her cheeks as the python gently stroked along her soles and rigged a coil around her ankles for purposes only Sarrl really knew... With it in place, gently rubbing along, the poor girl couldn't help but moan very softly showing her great contentment...

In that moment, Emiko felt incredibly relaxed and peaceful... The snugly cocoon she was in combined with Sarrl's eyes was so incredibly intoxicating and made her feel very much at home. At the same time though, the helpless girl couldn't shake this odd feeling that something wasn't quite right... She didn't know exactly what it was, but this all just felt so wrong... Sarrl seemed very intent on keeping Emiko deep in trace, but the naive girl just couldn't figure out why... Deep down, she could easily deduce the reason why. For the time being, the obvious was very much buried under the bliss of Sarrl's hypnosis... Only time would tell if things would remain that way or not...

"Jusssssst relaxxxxxx." Sarrl hissed, growing more annoyed and concerned with Emiko's sudden source of will. Somehow the previously weak willed girl was fighting him off. He knew sometimes the prey could gain a resistance to hypnosis over time, but he was sure she shouldn't have reached the point she could be this insistent on waking up.

As it was all the python could do now was tighten his coils a bit to hold her more snugly, so that if she woke up she wouldn't be able to just get away. He knew it was an empty thought, but the idea of just swallowing her as is crossed his mind. Honestly he couldn't bring himself to do that though, she hadn't exactly done anything to deserve being treated so roughly. Though the idea of swallowing a prey slightly awake and rehypnotizing them with a song usually had a certain predatory appeal to it, this kind girl had done nothing but be foolish and tasty to earn his wrath.

As the spirals continued to flow through Sarrl into Emiko's eyes, their hypnotic effects began to take a serious toll on the poor girl's mind... Initially, concerning thoughts began to enter Emiko's mind as to WHY Sarrl was so intent on keeping her mesmerized. At one point, it had been enough to actually spark some life into the naive woman. As she spent more time looking deeper and deeper into the spirals, those pesky suspicious thoughts began to fade away...

The gentle tightening of the coils around her exhausted body didn't help matters at all... Instead of realizing the threat further, Emiko actually seemed to relax just a tad bit more. Perhaps it was the feeling of the cocoon she was in reaffirming itself of its presence, or just the snug and comfy place she was in that aided in her relaxation. Either way, it seemed to help, at least a little bit anyway...for the time being.

The spirals inside of Emiko's eyes gradually began to pick up in pace. As they did, what came with them was Sarrl's commands to just relax. Indeed, the tension inside of Emiko's body began to ease up to the point where the fairly tight coils could feel her body going limp. Just as her body went limp, so too did her mind as she began to lose her train of thought... It got so bad that Emiko couldn't seem to remember anymore what she had been suspicious of earlier...

"That'sssss it!" Sarrl hissed eagerly as she slipped a little deeper. "Jussst let the comfy coilssss relax you!" He gave her another squeeze.

The girl seemed to have forgotten again why she was resisting in the first place. Sarrl could read it on her adorably lost expression. Her mouth had fallen open without her realizing it and Sarrl pushed it shut gently with a coil and a smile. As she slipped deeper into the trance Sarrl wove his head about, and admired the way the light from his eyes played off of the pale skin of one from so far from the jungle. One so very vulnerable to its dangers.

As Sarrl began to sway too and fro, the poor girl was helpless to sway right along with him. Emiko's head gently began to move about to try and keep Sarrl's eyes in line with her own. However, as she did, the coils around her neck prevented her from doing the sway perfectly. Instead, all she was able to do was body her head from side to side carefully. The effects of all of this weren't lost on the poor woman...

The sways combined with Sarrl's eyes were working overtime to push Emiko back into trance. As it was, it seemed as if he was indeed succeeding. Emiko continued to fall deeper into the spell Sarll was casting getting ever closer to falling into the dangerous confines of his mental grasp... Despite her dissension, the process seemed to still be going slowly... It was going, but still seemed to be moving at a snail's pace...

It was impossible to say how Emiko was managing to stay afloat like she was and how she had gotten so lucky... She hadn't been exposed to the hypnosis NEARLY enough to resist it, and was far from aware of what was going on... She had no mental strength that could compete with Sarrl... Her reactions defied explanation. Perhaps there was still some suspicion on her part as to what Sarrl was up to? There was no way to know for certain...

One thing Sarrl could take away with this assuming things continued as they did, Emiko's luck and ability to resist were noteworthy. Should he somehow manage to contain her AND obtain her friend down below, he was well deserving of a victory splurge.

Meanwhile down below... Sundari had been waiting patiently for Sarrl to return for...quite some time. Needless to say, entrancing Emiko was taking a bit longer than he had probably anticipated. With the time away, the Indian native was beginning to think that something was going on up above. Finding herself a bit short on patients with the live of her friend possibly on the line, Sundari didn't want to wait too much longer.

"Hey, are you up there!?" Sundari shouted up into the trees. "What's going on, I thought you were going to survey the area and come right back down!"

Sundari's calls echoed through the night in a way that would probably be most annoying to the hypnotic python. Luckily for Sarrl, while the shouts up were loud enough for Emiko to hear, the poor girl didn't seem to register them... Emiko seemed deep enough in the trance that the only voice she could hear was Sarrl's. It was good news for now, but...if Sarrl didn't respond back to Sundari soon, or seal the trance on Emiko, he might lose his chance at both meals... Luckily, it seemed as if the tipping point was within reach...

Sarrl chuckled a tad at the comedic sight of Emiko's head helplessly bobbing along with his own, sticking out of her tight little pile of coils. There had been a few starts and stops, but it finally seemed things were going his way. The girl was in his coils, falling deeply under his spell, and her friend was totally unaware of what was going on just....

And then Sundari had to call out. Sarrl scowled and hissed at Emiko, "Oh, why can't we just be left at peacccce?" before sighing. "It's so dark. Have to get a good look Sarrl said with a calm note to his voice that wasn't present on his face.

The large serpent sighed again before forcing a smile back onto his expression. There was no point letting a moment sour his good mood, or that bad mood infect Emiko just as she was beginning to behave.

Now that Sundari had reminded Sarrl of her existence the python's smile stretched a little wider as he realized he had a chance at two meals soon.

"We sssshould invite your little friend up to join our dinner date shouldn't we?" Sarrl whispered as he nodded his head wildly, forcing Emiko to follow along.

Poor Emiko was just out of it... She couldn't hear Sundari down below, and she didn't even seem to notice Sarrl's frustrations... All her mind seemed capable of doing right now was absorbing the spirals and sinking deeper into trance while her body helplessly did whatever the snake manipulated her into doing... Everything else outside of the impending trance seemed lost to her...

Towards the end, Emiko heard the python explain how they should get Sundari up there for their little dinner date. Hearing this SHOULD have brought a sense of urgency and fear to the coiled up maiden. Instead, Emiko took it a completely different way... Her mesmerized mind only assumed she should experience the bliss she was feeling right now to which...she had to agree... It was only after this the weirdest thing seemed to happen...

As Sarrl bobbed his head up and down to force Emiko to agree with him, the poor girl's head moved right along with his. As her head moved into the final nod in 'agreement', it finally happened... With a faint *PING* sounding off in Emiko's mind, her bobbing head came to it's natural resting point just as a wide grin overtook her lips and her eyes pulsed those quick flowing spirals. Sarrl may have been trying to ironically make her 'agree' with his statement. However, it seemed by the perfect timing that she was indeed in total agreement. Sarrl had just re-established his mental link to Emiko's mind leaving the poor maiden helpless to his power...

Sarrl sighed in relief as he felt Emiko's resistance finally die a blissfully unaware death by spirals. He placed his forehead to hers and whispered, "Good girl."

Pulling back he got a look at her in totality, a bundled mass of black and blue scales carrying a most precious cargo tightly and softly. He smacked his lips in anticipation of what was to come, but stopped himself when the urge to just feed came. He still had to deal with Sundari. How to deal with Sundari?

Perhaps inviting her up for a dinner date was too much. He had Emiko, he really didn't need much more. Was gluttony worth potentially losing a meal. Well... of course it was when the chance to two fine maidens was there. With how lucky Emiko was getting he would have to make it quick.

He darted down quickly, and brought his tail as the tip began to glow. His head broke through the foliage first as he came in view of Sundari.

"Ah, good, you're still here!" He declared, "I think you're friend is that way!" Just then his tail burst from the leaves above as well, but the tip of it glowed with a hypnotic light, and Sarrl weaved it from side to side before her to draw her sight.

Emiko's mind was gone, lost to the same sea of trance she had just came out of moments ago... As her body was held firmly still in the coils, she could only stare out mindlessly as Sarrl came very close to her head. Their foreheads touching, she heard him utter that she was a good girl which naturally caused her to blush... Emiko liked being good! At least...in her tranced state she did...

After their tender little moment, Sarrl drew back leaving Emiko to mindlessly stare out into space at...nothing in particular. She had rested in the coils obliviously as the python eyed and sized her up for the potential meal she seemed destined to be... Even though she was mostly oblivious to her fate, Emiko still managed to blush slightly when she heard Sarrl gently smacking her lips... It was strange... In some way, while Emiko herself didn't know what was coming her way, her body seemed to instinctively know what would eventually happen and...was welcoming the idea...?

Regardless, that time still seemed to be a little ways away yet. As Sarrl seemed determined to have two young women to feast on tonight. Emiko's little date with destiny would have to wait which was either fortunate, or...unfortunate depending on who you asked...

Down below, Sundari was JUST about to go on her way when the python FINALLY showed up out. Bursting through the foliage up above, she heard the python exclaim that he had possibly found out where Emiko had possibly gone. In that moment, his tail swiftly burst through the foliage pointing in a set direction. Something about it was odd...

As the tail came forth, it was glowing a...strange hypnotic glow. Almost as if...it were some sort of mystical light or something. The way the python swayed it made the light move in the most hypnotic way... It seemed Sarrl was attempting to use this to lure Sundari in...

(You rolled 4 dice: To resist the tail:

While it was truly a mesmerizing sight and would have captivated most people. Sundari didn't seemed phased in the slightest. Perhaps it was just the abundant flow of adrenaline caused by worrying about her friend that had made falling to the site difficult. Regardless of the reason, Sarrl's tail didn't seem to be working on Sundari at all...

Instead, the concerned girl turned in the direction that Sarrl had pointed and began looking over the distance to see what she could see... When she didn't see anything however, the native woman began to grow a bit suspicious...

"You said you saw her...in that direction?" Sundari asked, her voice now showing her growing doubt about this snake. "...Where...? I don't...see anything..."

As Sundari obliviously looked away Sarrl smiled. Sure his trick hadn't worked, but she hadn't caught on either. This gave him the chance to prepare a bit more thoroughly.

His tail continued to sway behind the young woman as she looked down the path, circling in space. The glow intensified. Almost like a sparkler firework or a skywriting plane it left a trail, but instead of a trail of sparks or a trail of smoke it left a trail of hypnotic power in it's wake. Circling his tail in place it formed coloured rings, and soon it created a ghostly set of spirals ready to ensnare Sundari just like the serpents eyes.

"No, I saw her somewhere elssssse little one. Ssslow down. Let me ssshow you!" The serpent hissed from behind the spiral, waiting for her to turn around.

Sundari kept looking in the direction that Sarrl had pointed out to no avail. The spot that he had pointed to was in the direction of a clearing in the jungle. Other than a few trees, there was nothing out in the clearing. Perhaps he saw movement out there she hadn't seen? It was reason enough to keep looking foolishly giving Sarrl time to prepare his trap...

After glancing for a fair amount of time, Sundari heard the python exclaim that where she was looking wasn't quite right... It seemed as if she was looking in a direction different than where he was pointing. Naturally upon hearing she wasn't looking in the right place, Sundari glanced back to see WHERE exactly the snake was pointing. When she turned around though, the jungle native was pleasantly surprised...

Before Sundari's eyes was a sight unlike any she had ever seen before. The glowing tail had been lost on her before, but before her now in the air was something of a ghostly spiral spinning before her face. While it glowed in a misty, ghostly glow, the motions of it seemed to follow from that Sarrl's glowing tail...

(You rolled 4 dice: Avoiding the spiraling mist

There was no doubt about it this time... What Sarrl had done with his tail earlier had indeed gone unnoticed, but that wasn't the case anymore... Sundari stood where she was stunned at the sight before her. While her mind didn't take in the sights as hypnotic at first, she instead though of it as something spiritual... Was Sarrl some sort of ghost, or spirit who lived out in this sacred part of he jungle...?

Regardless of what Sarrl was, the python had her captivated... The misty, ghostly spiral along with Sarrl's hypnotic tail were quite a power sight. And Sundari's complete surprise at where she was left her wide open to the spiral and all of its effects...

Unseen behind the spiral Sarrl had the widest grin on his face as Sundari dumbly turned around and looked right into the hypnotic light show. Instantly he could feel the connection to the girls mind begin to form and he slowly released Emiko's from his grasp. Emiko would remain in the trance, but he wouldn't be aware of her mental state. He needed to take the risk however, if he wanted to have a chance of subduing Sundari.

"I can sssshow you were sssshe issss..." He thoughts of him being a spirit of some sort giving him an idea. He supposed she was right, but he wasn't exactly a spirit sent to protect her in the jungle.

Through the connection he set her his memory of Emiko walking from the village at night to meet him. Just a flash of it, over and over. Nothing incriminating yet.
